Solar activity on UT day 11-Sep is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be initially
light, until an increase due to an anticipated CME impact. S0 solar
radiation conditions are expected with a chance of S1. G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G2, due to the anticipated
CME impact. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are generally
expected to be initially near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced
until conditions are degraded by the anticipated geomagnetic activity.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
