Solar activity on UT day 09-Sep is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. S0
solar proton conditions are expected, with a slight chance of S1. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be 15-25% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
