Solar activity on UT day 13-Oct is expected to be at R1, chance R2
levels. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong with
a declining trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with fair to normal
conditions early in the UT day for the southern Australian region.
Maximum useable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced for the northern Australian region and
15% depressed to near predicted monthly values for the southern
Australian region. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
