On UT day 03-Oct solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected until an anticipated CME impact
late in the UT day, after which G1-G2 conditions, with a chance of G3
are expected. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected with a
chance for S1. Maximum usable frequencies for HF are expected to be
near predicted values to 15% enhanced, with mild depressions possible
at the end of the UT day. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be normal, with degradations possible at the end of the UT
day. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
