On UT day 18-Nov solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected, with a chance of G1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions
are expected. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted values. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
fair to poor.
