On UT day 17-Nov solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values to
15% depressed. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal to mildly degraded.
