Solar activity on UT day 28-May is expected to be at the R2 level,
with a chance of R3. Previously flare active solar region AR3664 is
now returning to the solar disk. The solar wind speed is expected to
be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
