A returning solar region produced an R3 flare at 27/0708UT. Further
flare activity is likely. Solar activity on UT day 27-May is expected
to be at the R1 level, with a chance of R2. A previously flare active
solar region appears to be returning to the solar disk and is
currently just behind the southeast solar limb. The solar regions
evolution during its far side solar transit will become evident when
the region rotates onto the visible solar disk. The solar wind speed
is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
