Solar activity on UT day 10-May is expected to be at R2-R3 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to very strong. G4
geomagnetic conditions are expected due to the arrival of four halo
CMEs. S0-S1 solar radiation conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be initially normal then
deteriorating to poor. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be
initially near predicted monthly values, then depressed by 20-30%.
Frequent shortwave fadeouts are expected.
