[ips-sf] ASWFC Summary Forecast for 08 May - issued 2315UT/07-May-2024 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

On UT day 08-May solar activity is expected to be R2, with the chance
of an R3 flare. There are currently two large magnetically complex
sunspot regions on the solar disk, with one of these regions
interacting with a nearby smaller solar region. The solar wind speed
is expected to be moderate. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be G0,
with a slight chance for G1 due to the influence of a coronal hole
wind stream. S0, with the chance of S1 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be normal, though impacted by frequent shortwave fadeouts.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values.
