Solar activity on UT day 31-Mar is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be mostly
moderate to strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar
proton conditions are expected, with a chance of S1. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced in the Australian region. Mostly normal HF communication
conditions are expected. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
