with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar proton conditions are
expected, with a chance of S1. Maximum usable frequencies are expected
to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced in the Australian
region. Mostly normal HF communication conditions are expected.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
