On UT day 14-Dec solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. The solar wind is
expected to be light to moderate. S0 solar radiation storm conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted values. Sporadic E is expected during local night hours.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
