Solar activity on UT day 13-Dec is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
