Solar activity on UT day 04-Dec is expected to be at the R0 level,
with a chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal, with degradations expected at the start
and end of the UT day. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the
Australian region are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
