Solar activity on UT day 03-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected due to a recent CME impact. S0 solar radiation
storm conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal, with degradations expected at the start
and end of the UT day. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the
Australian region are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
