Solar activity on UT day 27-Aug is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be mostly
light with a slight chance of increasing to moderate due to a possible
weak CME arrival. G0, chance G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected.
HF radio communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly
values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
