levels. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light. G0 conditions are expected for
today. HF conditions are expected to be normal for today with maximum
usable frequencies near to 25% above predicted monthly values.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are probable.
