locations including Tasmania and southern Victoria. Solar activity on
UT day 12-Aug is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The solar wind speed
is expected to be strong. G2-G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected
for the remainder of 12-Aug, decreasing to G1-G2 on 13-Aug. Maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to
15% enhanced. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal to fair. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
