[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 30 January - issued 2257UT/29-Jan-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 30 January, with a
chance of M-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to remain
mildly elevated due to coronal hole effects and possible mild CME
impacts. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled
with possible isolated active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. There is a chance of shortwave fadeouts on
daylight HF circuits today.
