Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 29 January, with a
chance of an M-class flare. The solar wind speed is expected to remain
mildly elevated due to coronal hole effects and possible mild CME
impacts. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled
with possible isolated active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. There is a chance of a shortwave fadeout on
daylight HF circuits today.
