Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 19 January.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be mostly unsettled with isolated active
periods possible. Late on 19th but more likely on 20 January, there is
the possibility of minor storm conditions due to CME effects.
Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. Propagation conditions are
expected to be normal.
