Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 18 January, with a
chance of moderate activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects
remain possible from a 14 January coronal mass ejection. The solar
wind speed is expected to be mostly moderate, possibly strong.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly unsettled with
isolated active periods possible. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
possible. Propagation conditions are expected to be normal to mildly
degraded.
