Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 12 February. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate due to a coronal hole wind
stream. The geomagnetic field is expected to be at mostly unsettled to
active levels, with a chance for isolated minor storm periods.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be normal to fair
with some degraded conditions for middle to high latitudes.
