[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 11 February - issued 2343UT/10-Feb-2022

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 11
February. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate.
Coronal mass ejection effects are likely to subside today with mostly
unsettled to active conditions although there remains a chance of an
isolated minor storm period early in the period. Short-wave radio
fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to be normal to fair with some degraded conditions but
expected to improve later.
