[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 September - issued 2338UT/21-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 22
September. The solar wind parameters may become disturbed with the
arrival of the 18 September CME. This may result in the increase in
geomagnetic activity up to active to minor storm levels. Mostly normal
HF propagation conditions are expected. No Short Wave Fadeouts are
expected.
