Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 21
September. The solar wind speed is expected to be light in the first
half of the day. The solar wind parameters may become disturbed in the
latter part of the day with the arrival of the 18 September CME.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet in the first half of
21 September. The 18 September CME arrival may result in the increase
in geomagnetic activity up to active levels. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected. No Short Wave Fadeouts are
expected.
