Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 03 September with a
slight chance of an isolated M-class flare. The solar wind speed is
expected to be near background levels. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be mostly quiet with a chance of unsettled periods. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions are expected with a slight chance of
a short-wave fadeout.
