Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 02 September with a
slight chance of an isolated M-class flare from AR2860. The solar wind
speed is expected to be at mildly elevated levels today. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be initially quiet and then may reach active
levels with a chance of an isolated minor storm period due to
influence of 28 August CME activity and weak coronal hole. Normal to
fair HF propagation conditions are expected with a slight chance of a
short-wave fadeout.
