Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 30
November. The solar wind speed is expected to be light but may become
moderate due to weak coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to unsettled. Normal to mildly degraded HF
propagation conditions are expected. No shortwave fadeouts are
expected.
