Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 29
November. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions with occasional mild degradations are expected.
No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
