Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 22 November. The
solar wind speed has been strong to very strong due to coronal hole
effects and is expected to be mostly strong on 22 November.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled but there
is a chance of an isolated active period. MUFs are expected to be
mildly to moderately depressed. No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
