Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day, 21 November. The
solar wind speed is strong due to coronal hole effects, and is
expected to remain strong. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
quiet to unsettled but isolated active to minor storm periods are
possible. MUFs are expected to be mildly to moderately depressed. No
shortwave fadeouts are expected.
