[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 February - issued 2333UT/15-Feb-2021

Very low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 16 February. The
solar wind speed is expected to be near nominal levels. Mostly quiet
to unsettled geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be mostly normal. No short-wave
fadeouts expected.
