Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 04 February. Solar
wind is expected to gradually decrease from moderate levels due the
waning effects of coronal hole. Global geomagnetic activity expected
to be at quiet to unsettled levels. MUFs are expected to be near
predicted monthly values with some periods of minor MUF depressions.
No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
