Minor coronal hole effects in progress. On UT day 03 February, solar
activity is expected to stay very low, global geomagnetic activity
expected to vary from quiet to active levels and HF conditions mostly
normal with the possibility of some periods of minor MUF depressions.
No short-wave fadeouts are expected on this day.
