[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 December - issued 0632UT/15-Dec-2021

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on 15 December. Solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate due to weak coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to
unsettled. HF propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal,
with some degraded conditions at high latitudes. Short-wave fadeouts
are possible.
