[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 December - issued 2314UT/14-Dec-2021

Low solar flare activity is expected on 15 December, with a slight
chance of M-class flares. Solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate due to weak coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled. HF propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal, with some degraded conditions at
high latitudes. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
