[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 August - issued 0115UT/27-Aug-2021

Solar wind parameters suggest the CME of 23rd August arrived at
approximately 0028UT on 27th August, with slight step changes in most
parameters. As anticipated the increase in solar wind parameters is
relatively weak, however, some isolated minor storm periods may
eventuate over the coming hours.
