[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 26 September - issued 2335UT/25-Sep-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 26 September. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. Global geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be mostly unsettled with possible active
periods; there is also a chance of isolated minor storm periods.
Normal to fair HF propagation conditions are expected, without
short-wave fadeouts.
