Region 2786(S19E41) has evolved rapidly, currently a beta-gamma
magnetic class with the potential to produce M-class flares. Low to
moderate solar flare activity is expected today, 27 November. Mildly
enhanced solar wind speeds and quiet to unsettled geomagnetic
conditions. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected with
possible short-wave fadeouts.
