Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day, 26 November with a
chance of an M-class flare potentially from AR 2786(S19E54). Mildly
enhanced solar wind speeds and mostly quiet to unsettled geomagnetic
conditions with a chance of isolated active periods due to weak
coronal hole effects and possibly a weak CME. GOES solar x-ray flux
data shows a slight increase in background x-ray flux, resulting in an
increase in the ionisation of the ionosphere. Expect normal HF
propagation conditions with possible short-wave fadeouts.
