Very Low solar flare activity expected for 22Mar. Minor coronal hole
effects in progress resulting in Light to Moderate solar wind speeds.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to range between Quiet to
Unsettled levels for low-mid latitudes and Unsettled to Active periods
for high latitudes. High-frequency radio communications mostly normal
to slightly enhanced over the UT day.
