Very Low solar flare activity expected for 21Mar. Minor coronal hole
effects in progress resulting in Light to Moderate solar wind speeds.
Geomagnetic conditions at mostly Quiet levels for low-mid latitudes
and Unsettled to Active periods for high latitudes. High-frequency
radio communications mostly normal.
