Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 23 July. The solar
wind speed is currently light but may become moderately enhanced due
to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are currently quiet
but may increase to quiet to unsettled levels, with a chance of
isolated Active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected for today.
