[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 July - issued 2338UT/21-Jul-2020

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 22 July. The solar
wind speed is currently light but may become moderately enhanced due
to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are currently quiet
but may increase to quiet to unsettled levels. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected for today.
