[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 February - issued 2336UT/26-Feb-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected on 27 February. Light solar
wind speeds are expected. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal to fair HF propagations conditions
are expected. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
mostly near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed.
