Very low solar flare activity is expected on 26 February. The solar
wind speed is currently at light levels but may show an increase to
moderate levels on 26 February due to coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at mainly quiet to unsettled
levels although an isolated active period is possible. Mostly normal
to fair HF propagations conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly
values to 15% depressed.
