Very low solar activity is expected today, 8 February. The solar wind
speed is currently at moderate levels due to coronal hole effects and
it is expected to remain moderately elevated. Geomagnetic conditions
are predicted to be at quiet to unsettled levels. Normal HF
propagation conditions are expected, with a possibility of periods of
minor to moderate depressions in maximum usable frequencies (MUFs).
