[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 August - issued 2332UT/19-Aug-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 20 August.
The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. Quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions and fair to normal HF propagation
conditions are predicted. No short-wave fadeouts expected. A CME may
clip Earth on 20 August and cause active to isolated minor storm
geomagnetic conditions.
